CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged 25% of the service total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a 25% fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures we can provide quality service and respect everyone’s time.
